A local team of youth wrestlers recently competed in an OHWAY state tournament.
The event was split between three divisions.
Division IV was for athletes ages 11-12 and Division II was for those ages 7-8.
Division I was for youngsters ages six and under.
Berkley Behrens (11) and Collin Wimmers (12) each placed fourth in their weight classes of Division I.
Behrens competed in the 95-pound division, while Wimmers wrestled in the 119 category.
Keegan Andrews (11) placed sixth at 112.
One who competed in the D-III tournament was Erion Nelson (10) 100-pounds, 1-2.
Those in D-IV were as follows (records included):
-Jackson Williams (11), 85-pound division, 1-2;
-Griffin Beery (11), 100-pound weight class, 1-2;
-Brian Waller (11), 72-pound division, 0-2;
Graham Andrews (8) competed in the 64-pound weight class of Division II. He posted a 0-2 record.
Oliver Waller (6) won the 58-pound bracket in Division I with a 2-0 record.
