Charges stem from attack in recovery home

A homeless man has been indicted after allegedly breaking into a local recovery house.

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Devin Corey Pummell, charging him with one count each of aggravated burglary, abduction, aggravated menacing and obstruction of justice as well as two counts of assault.
