Seven years ago, the crash site of an American B-25 was found in the desolate region of India. It has been there since December 10, 1943, when during World War II it was shot down by Japanese warplanes. All members of the crew were killed. Frank Howard, 69, of Marysville, longtime local attorney, died unexpectedly Thursday morning at Memorial Hospital. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the New California Presbyterian Church where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. During the organization’s monthly board meeting, the Memorial Health Board of Trustees acknowledged Ken Boehm for his nine years of leadership and service as a member of the Memorial Health Foundation Board of Directors. Boehm served from April 1, 2010 to April 30, 2019.
