The Union County grand jury has indicted a Woodstock man accused of trying to rob a local pharmacy. Ian John Keller, 24, 115 Burnwell St., Woodstock, has been indicted, charged with one count each of robbery, attempted theft of drugs, possession of criminal tools, carrying a concealed weapon and having weapons under a disability. According to court documents, on Oct. 3, Keller went to the CVS Pharmacy on West Fifth Street in Marysville. The office manager at a Mill Valley physician’s office is facing felony charges after allegedly stealing from the office. Sarah R. Lovejoy, 33, of Troy, has been indicted by the Union County Grand Jury. Lovejoy is charged with one count of grand theft, a felony of the fourth degree.
