Memorial places additional restrictions on visitors

Patients who seek care at Memorial Urgent Care Centers in Marysville or Urbana will now check-in online.

Patients are asked to follow the steps below when they arrive to the parking lot, before entering the Urgent Care building:
– Go to
– Click on “Start your visit”
– Click on the link to Memorial Urgent Care (Marysville or Urbana)
– Complete the information and click “Get in line”
– A Memorial Urgent Care team member will text next steps to the patient.
Those who do not have a smartphone or access to the internet should call (937) 578-4310 for Marysville or (937) 652-5019 for Urbana, prior to entering the building.
Online check-in is available during Urgent Care hours, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Memorial is also altering its visitation policy.
