Jason Maynard, 45, of Van Kirk Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest on Fourth Street at 3:28 a.m. Friday.
Christopher A. Cowen, 35, of U.S. 36 was arrested on a warrant service arrest on Pearse Drive at 2:25 p.m. Friday.
Laurie L. Coleman, 37, of Columbus was arrested for theft in Marion at 9:37 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 400 block of W. Sixth Street at 9:45 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate a short sleeve white t-shirt and dark colored eyeglasses were found.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of Emmaus Road at 2:27 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a Honda Credit Union debit card was found.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Zane Michael Justice that occurred at 8:58 p.m. Friday.
Tyrell Michael Rogan, 39, of Edgewater Lane was cited for theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 7:53 p.m. Saturday.
Lora Stiles, 44, of Bellefontaine was cited for theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 7:55 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Stiles and Rogan were arrested for theft following a price switching complaint at Meijer.
Brian D. Cook, 36, of Downey Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 1400 block of Downey Drive at 11:21 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of property damage in the 100 block of Damascus Lane at 11:34 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person indicated her vehicle’s rear bumper was scraped by a broken spray arm at a car wash.
Payton Henry Bevins, 22, of W. Fourth Street was cited for driving under suspension on U.S. 33 at U.S. 36 at 2:56 p.m. Sunday.
Lane Michael Allen, 28, of S. Maple Street was arrested for a probation violation in the 400 block of S. Maple Street at 6:22 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Allen’s probation officer forwarded paperwork to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Phillip G. Mowery, 32, of Harness Place was cited for disorderly conduct (fighting or threatening) in the 400 block of Harness Place at 9:48 p.m. Sunday.
Kenneth Steven Bourque III, 38, of Harness Place was cited for disorderly conduct at 9:40 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 11:32 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a manager at Meijer reported a belligerent customer.
Police responded to a report of an assault in the 400 block of Bridgewater Drive at 7:38 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the complainant reported being assaulted by her girlfriend.

As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 west of Waldo Road, a deputy charged Cortney A. O’Sullivan, 40, of Pickerington with possession of drug abuse instruments at 1:56 a.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on South Mill Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a male and a female at 10:29 a.m. Friday. The parties were separated and no report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and a wife at 2:02 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of Route 38 at Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Kia Optima that was struck by a 2013 Honda Civic at 2:44 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Civic, Barbara A. Moser, 68, of Canton was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
Deputies were dispatched to the U.S. 33 rest area to investigate a dispute between a male and a female at 3:46 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated and no report was taken.
A deputy and officers from the Richwood Police Department went to a residence on West Bomford Street in Richwood to arrest Christopher M. Kraus, 45, of Richwood for an outstanding warrant at 8:17 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road for a person threatening self-harm at 11:06 p.m. Friday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital and no report was taken.
While on patrol, a deputy stopped on Scottslawn Road over U.S. 33 to assist with a property damage crash involving a 2003 Buick LeSabre that struck a guardrail at 1:15 a.m. Saturday. The Marysville Police Department investigated the crash.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 13000 block of Watkins Road for an injury crash involving a 2019 Honda CR-V that struck a deer at 10:08 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 4 to investigate a missing person at 9:15 p.m. Saturday. The person was located.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Boundary Road for a person threatening self-harm at 6:18 a.m. Sunday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Barker Road to investigate a dispute between family members at 6:07 p.m. Sunday. The parties were separated.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Bellepoint Road to investigate a domestic dispute between family members at 9:03 p.m. Sunday. The parties were separated.

Troopers helped deliver meals for “Meals on Wheels” in Logan and Champaign counties at 10 a.m. Friday.
A trooper delivered used masks to Battelle for Mary Rutan Hospital Friday.
Troopers responded to the scene of a minor injury crash involving Brandi Rohr, 25, of Delaware and Joseph Wing, 62, of Centerville that occurred on Route 42 at 4:23 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Rohr was traveling northbound on Route 42 near mile marker 5 when Wing failed to yield while attempting to reenter the roadway on Route 42 northbound. Rohr swerved to avoid a collision with Wing, losing control, striking a ditch, a utility pole and a culvert. Rohr claimed possible minor injuries but did not seek medical treatment at the scene. Wing was issued a citation for failure to yield the right-of-way.
A trooper participated in a drive-by birthday parade in conjunction with MPD and MFD for a resident on Chestnut Street, east of Eljer Park Saturday.
Troopers responded to the scene of a non-injury crash involving Paula Smith, 56, of Celina and Kristen Glink, 35, of Rushylvania that occurred at the intersection of Route 235 and Route 366 at 12:51 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Smith pulled out in front of Glink, who struck her vehicle at the intersection. Neither party sustained any apparent injuries and both were wearing seatbelts. Smith was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way when turning left.
Troopers responded to the scene of a non-injury crash involving Sara Wilde, 44, of Richwood on Route 739 near mile post 7 that occurred at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate troopers assisted Wilde after she struck a deer. She did not experience any apparent injuries and no citations were issued.
