According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 10:14 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a wallet was found by a business.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate a possible burglary at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to the intersection of Route 739 and Johnson Road for an injury crash involving a 2019 International semi-tractor and trailer that was struck by a 1997 Ford E-150 at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver of the International, Martin L. Clay, 41, of Delaware was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
Deputies were sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Phillip W. Slane, 25, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant from Delaware County at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday. He was transferred to the custody of a Delaware County deputy.
A deputy arrested Noah J. Carter, 39, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at the Union County Courthouse at 11:02 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies went to a residence on West Fourth Street in Marysville to arrest Robert W. Durst Jr., 44, of North Lewisburg for an outstanding arrest warrant from Champaign County at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Department officer to take custody of Kaleb J. Long, 22, of Ostrander for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Neel Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 5:07 p.m. Wednesday. The person was transported to Marion General Hospital.
Deputies on patrol stopped to check a possible disabled vehicle on U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road at 5:52 p.m. Wednesday. After further investigation, the vehicle, a 2010 Nissan Murano, was determined to be stolen from the State of Minnesota. One vehicle occupant, Sabrina L. Armstrong, 24, of Clear Lake, Minnesota was arrested for receiving stolen property and obstructing official business. Another occupant, Isabella M. Montes-De Oca, 19, of Saint Paul, Minnesota was arrested for obstructing official business. Both subjects were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a property on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a trespassing complaint at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road, a deputy charged Amy J. Bratka, 43, of Canton with possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday.
