Police responded to a home in the 200 block of West Eighth Street at 6:49 a.m., Monday, on a well-being check. An investigation is pending as a result.
Police responded to a factory in the 14500 block of Industrial Parkway at 9:47 a.m., Monday on a telecommunications harassment and criminal trespassing complaint. An investigation is pending.
Police responded to an auto shop in the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue at 7:39 p.m., Monday, on a call that a protection order had been violated. Investigators determined the claim was unfounded.
Chad Hibbs, 48, of 892 Edgewater Lane, was cited for failure to obey traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash at 7:34 a.m. Monday. Hibbs was driving west on West Fifth Street in a 2022 Honda Civic when he attempted to cross traffic and turn left onto Damascus Road, pulling in front of a 2007 Honda Accord. The Accord hit Hibb’s Civic. The driver of the Accord was taken by medic to Memorial Hospital.

A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Route 245 at 4:54 a.m., Monday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Kia Optima that struck a deer. A crash report was taken.
A Union County Deputy met with a Marion County Deputy at 5:42 a.m., Monday, to take custody of Jeremy G. Morgan, 46, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant. The arrestee was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 28000 block of Route 739 at 7:09 a.m., Monday, to investigate the theft of a 2018 Ford F-150, a 2000 Load Trail Trailer, and a 2024 Bobcat S64 Skid Steer. The truck was later recovered and a report was taken.
Deputies went to a business in the 8000 block of Rausch Drive at 10:33 p.m., Monday, to arrest Cade M. Hatcher, 25, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant. Hatcher was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were sent to a home on Main Street in Magnetic Springs at 2:25 p.m., Monday, for a person threatening self-harm. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital. A report was taken.
A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint that occurred at 2:31 p.m., Monday, at a home in the 31000 block of Route 31. No report was taken.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash at 2:46 p.m., Monday, in the parking lot of a business in the 23000 block of Route 37 involving a 2010 Ford Escape that struck a 2005 Dodge Ram. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Southeast Hardin Northwest Union Fire District and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the 32000 block of State Route 31 at 5:55 p.m., Monday, for a property damage crash involving a 2016 Freightliner semi that drove off the road and into a ditch. No report was taken.
A deputy met with a Grove City Police Officer at 8:12 p.m., Monday, to take custody of Syeshia M. Rogers, 25, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Rogers was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded at 8:22 p.m., Tuesday, to the 8000 block of Route 42 for an injury crash involving a 2014 Suzuki GSX 1300R that struck a 2006 Suzuki GSX R600. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital and a crash report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 11000 block of Route 47 at 8:23 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a telecommunications harassment complaint. No report was taken.
A deputy investigated a domestic violence incident between a brother and sister at 9:22 p.m., Monday, that occurred at a home in the 30000 block of Alder Road. A report was taken.
