North Union finished second overall in the girls sectional tournament on Saturday at HP Lanes with a total count of 3373. In their best-ever finish in the tournament, the Lady Cats placed second overall in the Mad River Division with a total pin count of 3463. That is a new school record. The Wildcats (16-3 overall, 7-2 CBC) scored 19 points in each of the first two quarters to take a 38-18 halftime lead.
