A Delaware man was transported by MedFlight after striking the rear of an Ohio Department of Transportation tractor while riding his motorcycle Tuesday. According to the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Brian Eizensmits, 45, of Delaware, was operating a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on Route 47 near Zook Road at 1:43 p.m. Reports indicate he was traveling behind an ODOT tractor with a rear bi-fold mower. A local family recently created homemade t-shirts to thank first responders in Liberty Township and Raymond for their service to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rose and Bill Wibley, along with family members Lacy and Arianna Mooney and McKinnleigh and Brielle Bowsher, delivered shirts printed with the phrase, “Not all heroes wear capes,” to firefighters at the Liberty Township Fire Department.
