Georgia Glenna Orahood, 93, of Marion died Monday, April 6, 2020 at Kingston Residence of Marion. On Aug. 12, 1926, she was born to the late Clarence A. and Leah M. (Romick) Robertson in Union County. On Oct. 26, 1943, she married her late husband Gerald W. Orahood. “Georgie” was known for her excellent cooking and baking, as well as her deep love of family gatherings where she made food galore to feed her loved ones. According to Marysville Police Department reports: Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 200 block of N. Court Street at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the subject overdosed on illegal drugs. Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 200 block of Locust Street at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday. Rick E. Conley, 58, of Cable died Saturday, April 4, 2020 at home surrounded by family after a courageous two year battle with esophageal cancer. He was born Dec. 22, 1961 in Urbana to the late James S. Conley and Donna F. Trimby of Urbana. On July 12, 1980 he married his high school sweetheart, Susan K. Winner, in Terre Haute. Rose E. Penhorwood, 69, of Raymond died Sunday afternoon, March 5 at her home surrounded by her loving family after months of failing health. She was a 1968 graduate of Logan Hills High School in Zanesfield and retired in 2012 as a tax clerk from the City of Marysville. The Union County Health Department is reporting eight, lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the county as of Sunday afternoon. Those affected range from 31 to 83 years old. The median age is 46.5 years of age, with an average of 51.4 years. The cases are equally split between males and females. According to Ohio Department of Health data, there are no hospitalizations of cases in Union County. As the number of confirmed cases increases, Gov.
