He is charged with cruelty to animals as well as lying to animal lovers who contributed to a variety of charities he was associated with. A Raymond woman has been indicted after allegedly attacking her juvenile son and disabled husband. The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Lucinda Kay Stinemetz, 44, of 21962 Route 347. Stinemetz is charged with two counts of domestic violence. According to court documents, on Dec. 17, the Union County Sheriff’s Office was called to the Route 347 home on a report of domestic violence. Investigators determined Stinemetz punched both her husband and her son. A police investigation into an alleged assault video has led to a series of sex-related indictments for a Marysville man. A Union County Grand Jury has indicted Jason Matthew Boblitt, 19, of 690 Milford Avenue, Apt. 8B, charging him with one count each of sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and gross sexual imposition. According to court documents, in August police learned of a video that showed an alleged assault. The video shows Boblitt allegedly being attacked. A Union County Grand Jury has indicted Jayden Alexander, 19, of Columbus, charging him with two counts of having weapons under disability and one count each of improperly furnishing firearms to a minor and receiving stolen property. Union County Sheriff Jamie Patton is asking drivers to “take a deep breath and take a time-out” after a pair of road rage incidents involving guns this week. “People are losing their temper and it is escalating and has escalated to violence,” Patton said. “We can’t have that.
