Macy Miller scored 10 points on Thursday as Fairbanks’ girls basketball team won its first game of the 2019-20 season. The Lady Panthers (1-2) rolled to a 50-19 victory over Northeastern. FHS held a 13-8 margin by the end of the opening quarter and then limited the Jets to four points over the second and third frames. Fairbanks (which will travel to West Jefferson on Saturday) took a 40-12 lead into the final quarter.
