The Fairbanks volleyball team defeated Southeastern by three matching scores of 25-12 on Tuesday. With the victory, FHS improved to 9-0 in the Ohio Heritage Conference and 15-0 overall. The Lady Panthers were led by Kelsey Thorbahn with 26 serves for 23 points and five aces. Kaidie Carstensen added 20 serves for 19 points and seven aces. Fairbanks’ girls soccer team suffered its first loss of the season to No. 2 state-ranked Grandview Heights by a score of 5-0 on Monday. Macy Wanamaker was credited with six saves as FHS slipped to 6-1-2 for the season. The squad is 4-0-1 in the Ohio Heritage Conference. The Lady Panthers will travel to Mechanicsburg on Thursday.
